Why We're Convening
The Forum brings nonprofit leaders, academics, practitioners, philanthropists, and young people together around a shared question: how do we make the transition to adulthood safer for girls leaving institutional care?
It exists to build support, in every sense, for the pilot program LCRF is currently developing with Aarti for Girls, ahead of a planned 2027 rollout. The relationships, expertise, and commitments made in Bengaluru this December are what will carry that pilot from design into practice.
How You Can Help?
The Forum's call to action is intentionally broad. Building a pilot program that lasts takes more than any one kind of contribution.
This Forum is a beginning, not a launch.
December 20 is where we build the case, the partners, and the resources behind the pilot. The pilot itself is planned to roll out in 2027.
